US10?/UK9-9.5 (waffle outsole portion measures 28.6cm)
very good used condition. all rubber remains soft & flexible despite widespread micro stress cracking from crush injury. vinyl heel inserts were removed by previous owner. 1 loose area of stitching to collar piping. 10 is just visible inside & confident these measure up as US10.
