US10.5?/UK9.5-10? (gum waffle portion measures 29cm)

good used condition. these were machine washed with softening of canvas & peeling of the inner toe reinforcement & eyelet paint. the inner heel counter has been removed & as such the heel is less reinforced. the footbed was completely removed, with decent skill, & a replacement insole is in place however not glued down. still plenty life left. size is not visible however im confident they are US10.5 if not US10. check measures
